G. RUDOLPH VOLEL, MANAGING PRINCIPAL, SOUNDVIEW PARTNERS, LLC

Mr. Volel has more than twenty years experience in corporate finance, investment, real estate and business development. Mr. Volel has helped a number of clients secure private equity and debt financing for various commercial real estate projects.

He is also affiliated with Concordis/MCCG Real Estate, the nation’s largest minority and women-owned commercial real estate firm that specializes in brokerage, consulting services, asset management and investment sales.

Mr. Volel began his career as Financial Analyst in the Corporate Finance Department of a major Wall Street firm, where he was responsible for due diligence and financial analysis of real estate limited partnerships. He was an integral member of the Real Estate Partnership team that helped syndicate real estate deals for major real estate firms throughout the United States.

As president of Ashley Associates, an international consulting firm, Mr. Volel was instrumental in helping small and medium-sized U.S. manufacturers expand in the overseas market. He provided international marketing services necessary for clients to enter the global marketplace and establish profitable business relationships. Mr. Volel successfully represented clients in Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore, the Middle East, and West Africa.

Mr. Volel was a Financial Consultant with AXA Financial Advisors LLC and World Financial Group Inc. offering financial planning services to business owners and high net worth individuals. He conducted seminars and successfully marketed employee benefits programs, executive bonus plans, group life insurance and health plans.

Mr. Volel holds a BBA degree in Finance and Investments from Bernard M. Baruch College, New York. He served as a member of Board Directors of the Baruch Alumni Association. Mr. Volel holds Real Estate licenses in the states of New York and New Jersey.
